• Gold pieces are BIS hallmarked for certified purity. Diamonds and gemstones are accompanied by certification where applicable.
• Every piece is handcrafted and quality-checked in our workshop before it is packed.
• You receive an invoice with metal, purity and weight so the piece is easy to authenticate later.

• Insured shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000. Below that, a flat fee of ₹150 applies. We ship across India.
• Ready-to-ship pieces leave within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 10–15 business days to craft, then 3–7 days in transit.
• Unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging with the invoice. Customised items and earrings are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.

Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

• Manufacturing defects are covered. Bring the piece and your invoice to the showroom and we will repair or replace it.
• Lifetime care: we polish, clean and check clasps and settings at the store. Normal wear, loss, theft, or damage from water, chemicals or impact is not covered.
• Gold and diamond jewellery may be exchanged as per our store exchange policy, against the original invoice.
