- Gold pieces are BIS hallmarked for certified purity. Diamonds and gemstones are accompanied by certification where applicable.
- Every piece is handcrafted and quality-checked in our workshop before it is packed.
- You receive an invoice with metal, purity and weight so the piece is easy to authenticate later.
Avoid water
Keep jewellery away from water, perfumes, sweat and chemicals — including pools, showers, the beach and workouts — to prevent tarnishing and damage.
Avoid cosmetics
Apply lotions, perfume, hairspray and makeup before putting on your jewellery. Avoid contact with soap, solvents and abrasive cleaning agents.
Remove at night
Take your jewellery off before bed and during workouts. This prevents scratches, sweat damage and accidental snagging on fabrics.
Storage guide
When not worn, store your piece in a Neesa pouch or an airtight box, away from humidity, direct sunlight and other metals.
- Insured shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000. Below that, a flat fee of ₹150 applies. We ship across India.
- Ready-to-ship pieces leave within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 10–15 business days to craft, then 3–7 days in transit.
- Unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging with the invoice. Customised items and earrings are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.
Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
- Manufacturing defects are covered. Bring the piece and your invoice to the showroom and we will repair or replace it.
- Lifetime care: we polish, clean and check clasps and settings at the store. Normal wear, loss, theft, or damage from water, chemicals or impact is not covered.
- Gold and diamond jewellery may be exchanged as per our store exchange policy, against the original invoice.
